Proper Stretching before you Play or Practice

Proper stretching before taking that first swing of the day is a good idea, no matter what age you are. Stretch your back first, before the rest of your body. A good stretch for your back is to rotate the upper half of your body?your trunk?from side to side while keeping the lower portion of the body relatively still. You?ll help yourself avoid injury in addition to making smoother swings to start your day.
